What is Organ?

Organ is a new open source, decentralised platform in development for social movements and grassroots political organising. It aims to be an alternative to something like Facebook Events, minus the surveillance capitalism. With enough support, Organ will have end-to-end-encryption, among other useful features. Organ comes out of research, media and design work done since 2020 with Radical Directory Collective, but has been largely developed and maintained by one unpaid person (hi, I'm Meri).
